Bantoo Rollers

Bantoo Rollers are designed to promote blood circulation by activating reflex zones in your feet. This is accomplished with the knobs that cover the surface of the rolls. One way to use these rollers is to set them on the floor and then put your bare foot on it. Once your foot is on the roller, roll it back and forth. You can adjust the pressure by simply changing how much weight you put on it. One foot can be worked at a time while standing, or both feet if you sit down. Other exercise ideas are included with the rollers.

The Elliptical Rolls also work well for massaging your hands.
