The Woodway Treadmill is unique because its running surface is made up of numerous shock-absorbing slats. Average treadmills use a conveyor belt-style surface. The 4Front uses a Woodway-patented slat belt made of vulcanized rubber that specifically absorbs the shock to joints, muscles, and other tissue. Such gentle impact reduces the possibility of injury while training. The tread mimics the feel of running outside, providing users with a singularly pleasant experience. The vulcanized rubber slats are rated to last for 150,000 miles or more, which is approximately 10 times longer than most treadmills.

This Woodway treadmill has a Quick Set Display control panel that lets users adjust their speed and elevation or stop their workout easily. Its controls are intuitive and easy to press. The display is Bluetooth-compatible for mobile apps, and also has a USB port for exporting data or even charging devices. The 4Front Treadmill with Screen is equipped with three training modes: 

• Traditional mode is the standard motorized treadmill mode.
• Dynamic mode is non-motorized. Users manually control the speed of the belt with their own movements.
• Resistance mode lets users choose their resistance levels to facilitate different exercise levels and performance techniques.

Does this product need preventative maintenance?
The manufacturer recommends maintenance once every six months in a high-use facility, such as busy gyms or physical therapy offices, or once a year in lower-use facilities and homes.
