• 78668 - This model of Ergo Comfort seat has a 360° swivel that locks every 90 degrees. The chair anchors to the transfer rail mounted on four legs.
• 78768 - The transfer rail of this Ergo Comfort chair is mounted on the bathtub at one end and a set of legs at the other for a space-saving option. The seat has a 360° swivel that locks every 90 degrees. 
• 78811 - This model of Ergo Comfort seat is fixed and anchors to the transfer rail mounted on four legs.

Models 78668 and 78811 require 37.5 inches in length. Measure the bathtub's height and length as well as the distance outside the tub to ensure the outer legs have clearance.

Model 78768 mounts to the tub wall and requires a minimum width of 25 inches from the outside tub wall to the inner tub wall. It also requires an outer tub wall width of 2.75 to 5.75 inches. The tub wall inside height requirement is 13 to 17.5 inches. The clamp will not secure to a rounded top tub wall.

If my bench is too short in height, can I make it taller?
Yes, the leg extension 77653 adds up to 8 inches.

What should I do if the swivel seat does not lock?
Check the swivel-lock lever. The swivel seat will not lock if the swivel-lock lever is pressed down.

Can I switch which direction the bench is facing?
The sliding transfer benches can face either direction. The aluminum side panel with the handlebar is the side that goes into the tub; it can be installed on either the left or the right side, depending on which way the bench will face. 

How do I clean the sliding bench?
Wipe down after each use. Clean as needed with a soft cloth, warm water, and a nonchlorine bleach mild soap. Rinse and wipe down to dry.

What types of bathtubs do not work with a tub mount transfer bench?
The tub mount style has a 90-degree clamp for securing the bench to a tub with a flat tub wall. It will not work with bathtubs with a rounded tub wall.
