DH Offloading Post-Op Shoe

Ossur DH Offloading Post-Op Shoe provides a stable base for those needing a comfortable post op foot support. It has a universal design so it is able to be used by both men and women on either the right or left foot. It has been proven to be especially helpful with plantar ulcers or lesions. In order to keep an eye on wounds, it has a removable toe piece that can be left off for easy inspection. It was designed with short term treatment in mindusually around one to four months.

The Ossur DH Offloading Shoe in Medium (Ossur 10341), Large (Ossur 10342) and X-Large (Ossur 10343) have corresponding sizes for men's and women's shoe sizes. The Medium is the equivalent of a men's 6.5-8.5 and a women's 9-11. The large fits men's 9-11 and women's size 12 and up, while the extra large fits men's sizes 11.5-14 and women's 13 and up. All sizes come with a rocker bottom and reinforced heel for an easy gait while walking with the brace.

To help with the need for support, the offloading shoe has the flexibility to have space as needed for bulky dressings without constricting the foot. The top covering is made of a flexible nylon for an easy, comfortable fit. It also comes with the patented active offloading insole created by Ossur. The insole has many tiny hexagons that are able to be removed for pressure relief.
