The Cover-Roll Adhesive Gauze Bandage is a single sheet tape for covering a Wound Dressing in one easy application. Manufactured by BSN Medical, Cover-Roll Adhesive Fixation Dressings are offered in various widths depending on the size of the wound. The largest width is the 8-inch roll which offers a very efficient coverage over large wounds. The fixation dressing will firmly secure to the skin with its acrylic adhesive. It will easily dissolve in alcohol after removal to reduce skin irritation. The gauze bandage is permeable to air and exudate to reduce the risk of skin breaking down. Patients with allergic sensitivities will find the Cover-Roll Adhesive Gauze Bandage latex-free and suitable for use. The bandages are radio transparent and therefore won't require removal of the Cover-Roll Adhesive Fixation Dressing before an x-ray examination. BSN also offers Cover-Roll Stretch, a soft and stretchable roll providing both compression and surface area to adapt to body contours.
