The Eclypse® Super Absorber Dressing CR3808 measures at 15-7/10 x 23-3/5 inches can cover large pressure ulcers and exuding wounds located on the lower or upper limb. As a specialized super absorbent dressing it has multi-layers with gel offering superior wicking of exudate, including bacteria. As moisture permeates the core, it locks it in creating a moist wound environment. Its strong construction has a high uptake capacity and won't leak to reintroduce harmful microorganisms. The water-resistant film backing prevents leakage or strike-through with technology to allow moisture vapor transfer.

Advancis Medical designed this secondary dressing to work with compression. It's non-adherent and can be secured with tape or wrap depending on the skin condition. The dressing can be worn up to seven days depending on the amount of exudate. Less dressing changes adds comfort to the patient with less exposure to outside contaminants.

Eclypse® Super Absorber Dressing comes in a variety of sizes. When needing smaller coverage for donor sites and sutures, try using the 6- inch squares.
