Charles Cai

Data Manager

Charles Cai is Vitality Medical’s Data Manager, directing and training data team, maintaining pricing and product data, validating product data imports, and FTP administration. Charles joined Vitality Medical in 2020, he worked with the data team to enhance the accuracy and shop ability of our products. Prior to working at Vitality Medical, he worked in the financial industry as a merchant solution management role for maintaining CRM databases, creating cloud solutions, and providing direct support to major accounts.

Charles graduated from the University of Utah in 2017 with two Bachelor degrees in Finance and Business Administration and later graduated with his Master’s degree in Information Systems and Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Utah in 2019.

Charles enjoys playing basketball, playing pool, and hanging out with his friends.
