pump worked fine but I found the 2 tension rings that came with the pump to be totally inadequate. Supplied were only the "medium standard-tension" and "medium high-tension" rings. Now I am not a hugh man but when trying the lower tension ring of these two, I found the ring to be way too tight and painful. So, before I can use this again I have to separately order the larger rings.

bought timm osbon standard classic system recently. cylinder size 2inch x 8.5 inches. after pumping, my penis fills the whole of the cylinder very quickly which makes me think that the cylinder size is too small. the instruction booklet diagrams show that there is plenty of room around the penis after pumping eg the erect penis does not swell to fill the entire inside of the cylinder. i am reluctant to keep pumping to achieve maximum penis length as i fear that the penis may be damaged by excessive pressure inside the cylinder. should i get a larger cylinder size ?

After several years of use, with great results, my units pump handle snapped in two. Be carefull in pumping up too fast. Not sure why handle broke, but make sure you have registered your unit.

Guess the summary gives away my feeling about this thing. The sex was great again. About the product specifics, the advice to practice 2 weeks seemed overkill but there is some reason to practice a bit. I got very different results on length on each of the practice sessions. After getting to the size I found was normal for me (and only a bit smaller than my previous erections), I then had sex. This is a somewhat sloppy tool to use because of all the lubricant recommended. Keep some paper towels around. It felt better to me with the small blue insert on the penis end of the tube but it was loose and fell out several times. The biggest reason I ended up not using it was because when I tried to slip the penis ring off the tube, it would stick on the insert every time. After using it without that insert, the penis ring snapped in place every time. I had a lot of apprehension about those penis rings. The are sooo small that looks like it would compress your penis to the size of a pencil. The rings require a whole lot of strength and force to stretch them enough to get around the tube. Sliding the ring off the tube onto the penis creates some anxiety. It really grabs hold of whatever tissue is inside the vacuum tube at the time. I had to practice not getting too much skin below the penis shaft. The vacuum effect tends to pull up excess skin as well as the penis. The first time I used it with the smallest ring, I got a pretty firm erection. The second time, it lost some air and the erection shrunk. This is the reason for the practice recommendation. I did notice a lack of feeling and sensation during intercourse. Felt a bit numb. All in all though, given the chance for a renewed sex life, it is well worth the money.

This product works great and is easy to use. The price was lower comparied to others.

The equipment is what is advertised, but I guess I am one of the 10% that do not have alot of success with it.

Cylinder size matters yet it is not listed. Seems to be to be a very important bit of imformation. Size matters....list the cyclinder size(s) to make choosing what is right for you a breeze.

I have only had it for a week and as recommended I am going through the practice sessions. Haven't tried to use the rings yet, other then try to load one of them. To date it is working as advertised, but I would strongly recommend anyone ordering this model to also order the Ring Loader. I have arthritis in my hands which makes it almost impossible to load the rings without it.

The Doctor has put me on Jalyn for BPH this was the pill of death for my sex lifr ! With taking Cialis and the pump I am able to have sex again ! I am still trying out difference rings. My goal is to get off the pills and just use the pump. I would recommand this product.

instructions good, limited number of bands ( per instructions), works well as far as i can tell. quality of item seems to be good except the vaccume hose falls off easily.
Paid for 2 day shipping yet did not recieve for 5 - 6 days later. wasted $50+ for shipping. What is the difference between otc and Rx version ?
