Manual Classic Pumps, manufactured by Timm Osbon, benefit from a unique manufacturing process that makes it one of the most comfortable and durable penis pumps available on the market.
Many impotence pump cylinders are manufactured with unsmooth edges on the end of the cylinder where it makes contact with the body. These ridges on the cylinder edge can dig into the user's skin and cause pain or discomfort.
This is where Timm Osbon excels. As part of their manufacturing process for each pump cylinder, they carefully buff the edges of the cylinder to an exceptionally smooth finish. This allows the cylinder to be used comfortably with or without its size adapter. The smooth cylinder edge also helps create a better vacuum seal.
In addition, the ErecAid Classic Pump offers several design features that make it easier to use than other penis pumps. The manual hand pump has a contoured shape that creates a natural fit in the hand. The pump lever is textured to ensure a non-slip grip while pumping. Timm Medical understands that even though men like to be tough, using a penis pump should not cause pain, discomfort, or be difficult to use.
Like other pumps, the Osbon Classic Pump includes a vacuum release button that instantly eliminates pressure inside the cylinder in the event that too much pressure is applied.
The release button on the ErecAid pump is strategically placed to reduce the occurrence of accidental pressure release while pumping. On some other pumps, the occurrence of unintended pressure release is more common, causing the user to have to begin the pumping process again.
The pump cylinder is made from thick, hard plastic that is virtually impervious to breakage or damage. We don't recommend it, but you could probably use this pump cylinder to drive nails in wood without it breaking. Other pump cylinders, although reasonably tough and rigid, can flex or bend if enough pressure is applied.
The manual pump head on this pump is also made of hard plastic, ensuring that its moving parts will not break. You will notice this durability for yourself as soon as you pull this pump out of its box.
Erection pumps are proven to effectively treat impotence in 90% of men. No prescription is required to purchase this pump.
Vitality Medical understands that a lot of individuals want to keep their sexual lives private, which is why we will take the utmost discretion when shipping this product. You will receive your shipment of the Osbon Manual Vacuum Pump in a plain box.
About Erectile Dysfunction Pumps
The American Urology Association's clinical panel on treating impotence has recommended vacuum device treatment as a safe and effective non-invasive treatment for erectile dysfunction. Penile injections, urethral inserts, oral medications and implant surgery can have harmful side effects and require frequent doctor visits and high refill cost.
bought timm osbon standard classic system recently. cylinder size 2inch x 8.5 inches. after pumping, my penis fills the whole of the cylinder very quickly which makes me think that the cylinder size is too small. the instruction booklet diagrams show that there is plenty of room around the penis after pumping eg the erect penis does not swell to fill the entire inside of the cylinder. i am reluctant to keep pumping to achieve maximum penis length as i fear that the penis may be damaged by excessive pressure inside the cylinder. should i get a larger cylinder size ?

I Love your product
I had surgery for prostate cancer 02/14/2010. Trying to get back to some form of a normal life since. Doctor gave me a prescription for Erecaid Esteem Kit that my insurance (HMO) did not cover and I had to use in conjunction with Levitra 10mg. Could not afford really either of what was prescribed. The best solution for me was the Erecaid Classic Manual and shopping around on line for the Best price for Levitra.
Your product seems to be working great. I am still on the two week pumping stage, not looking forward to the penis ring stage. Looks to be uncomfortable to apply and wear for 30 min.. The rings tend to be too thin, needs to be thicker but then again I have not tried them yet.
In closing, I did not mean for this review to get long winded, I thank you for such a good price on your product and a good product.

instructions good, limited number of bands ( per instructions), works well as far as i can tell. quality of item seems to be good except the vaccume hose falls off easily.
Paid for 2 day shipping yet did not recieve for 5 - 6 days later. wasted $50+ for shipping. What is the difference between otc and Rx version ?

I was very pleased with the results. It will take a little time to perfect use of the device. I'm confident soon I'll be there. What an invention. I'm very glad I purchased it from Vitality. Quick service and all they said it was.

FIRST INTERCOURSE IN 12 YEARS
Guess the summary gives away my feeling about this thing. The sex was great again. About the product specifics, the advice to practice 2 weeks seemed overkill but there is some reason to practice a bit. I got very different results on length on each of the practice sessions. After getting to the size I found was normal for me (and only a bit smaller than my previous erections), I then had sex. This is a somewhat sloppy tool to use because of all the lubricant recommended. Keep some paper towels around. It felt better to me with the small blue insert on the penis end of the tube but it was loose and fell out several times. The biggest reason I ended up not using it was because when I tried to slip the penis ring off the tube, it would stick on the insert every time. After using it without that insert, the penis ring snapped in place every time. I had a lot of apprehension about those penis rings. The are sooo small that looks like it would compress your penis to the size of a pencil. The rings require a whole lot of strength and force to stretch them enough to get around the tube. Sliding the ring off the tube onto the penis creates some anxiety. It really grabs hold of whatever tissue is inside the vacuum tube at the time. I had to practice not getting too much skin below the penis shaft. The vacuum effect tends to pull up excess skin as well as the penis. The first time I used it with the smallest ring, I got a pretty firm erection. The second time, it lost some air and the erection shrunk. This is the reason for the practice recommendation. I did notice a lack of feeling and sensation during intercourse. Felt a bit numb. All in all though, given the chance for a renewed sex life, it is well worth the money.
I have been a user of your pump for over a year and have found it a wonderful help. I had an operation for prostate cancer that has left me with no natural erection. I have a problem in that when I pump up I have more than just blood that gets into the tube and when I slip the elastics off the tube I feel discomfort. I do not believe it is a testice but something is being drawn out of my body. Is there any solution you may offer me to prevent this from happening?
