Very small and very tight. I ordered the medium size to start. The tension was unbearable I could not use it. All I would say is order the largest first I think they run small.

Some time back (maybe 2-3 years) I bought 2 Osbon no. 1613 and I felt very good with those. Maybe 1 month ago, I bought 2 more of no. 1613 and I can hardly put them on and it is even more difficult to take them off. They seem to be 'high tension' instead of 'standard tension'. And my penis did not enlarge

For the times it works the rings are just fine. The problem it that the rings are unreasonable expensive and not well made enough to be used over and over. The "wings" tend to rip off within three uses.

Used for years with good success-last order of 2 Biege, tabs broke on both within 3-4 uses.--Inspected tabs and saw other cracks in rubber--maybe they were old when I got them--not fun

RINGS ARE TO HARD TO GET OFF AND ON, SMALL SIDE RINGS BROKE ON THE FIRST USE ON THREE OUT OF THE FOUR RINGS I BOUGHT. I AM NOT THAT WELL ENDOWED BUT DID USE THE LARGER RINGS WITH TWO DIFFERENT CLAMPING PRESSURES AND HAD PROBLEMS WITH ALL.

purchased three of these in ongoing effort to find exactly right size ring. rip off item! the ring goes on and works fine and the range of tension in them is a good idea. however, the removal rings break when you try to take it off. it is supposed to be reusable. plus the cost is outrageous. I feel I was ripped off to have the removal ring break on first use!!! removal rings not strong enough. so I wasted a small fortune on 3 of these things......that break at first use. work fine for one go!!
