I like the way it folds down, allowing the bed to be made easily. I didn't give it 5 stars because I had to assemble it twice to get the legs to lie flat on the mattress. It tends to twist.

I bought this as a gift for my dad. His bed at the home care facility is his bed from home and it does not have a built in rail which made it uncomfortable for him to rise when going to the washroom or getting something to eat. I was the one who attached it on his bed and it was easy! I also like that my dad looks comfortable with it.

Here, I am talking about Standers EZ Adjust Bed Rail which can be used as hand rail to assist getting out of bed securely and also as bed rail which prevents accidental fall from the bed. I was able to adjust it in 3 steps (26, 34, and 42) apart from allowing me to collapse it completely. It was reversible, so I could place it on either side of my bed.

This rail is well made, sturdy, attractive in appearance, and fits well on a hospital adjustable bed or a regular home bed. Since my father has little strength in his hands it is great because he can easily push the button to extend the rail for extra safety. Hands down this is the best bed rail.
