The Greenwald Surgical Baumrucker Clamp is a hinged, frame supporting three foam rubber pads (two on one side and one on the other), and a Velcro closure.
The user places the penis between into the hinged clamp then closes it. The closed clamp presses against the underside of the penis exerting a closing pressure on the urethra on the underside of the penis. Because it has a Velcro closure, this clamp is uniquely adjustable to control male incontinence. The user will achieve the proper amount of pressure with the Greenwald Surgical Baumrucker Clamp because the user completely controls the amount of pressure applied to prevent urine leakage without discomfort.
To urinate simply release the clamp and spontaneously urinate, or if you self-cath, release the clamp and follow your normal self-cath procedure. After completion, replace the clamp to control dribbling. Many users buy two or three Baumrucker Clamps. One to wear while washing the other, and a spare just in case you lose one. The Baumrucker Clamp may be worn throughout the day releasing in between urinations.

The Best Incontinence Clamp
My grandfather who cannot hold his urine uses this incontinence clamp as prescribed by his physician. He finds this product very effective and practical. It does not only hold the urine in your bladder but it as well makes patients feel the proper amount of pressure for voiding. I highly recommend this! I thank the manufacturer of this product.

I tried a lot of different things for my incontinence. And I finally found the right thing for me and it is this clamp. You don't need to feel the discomfort of briefs. It just helps you to hold on. No embarrassment and humiliation anymore. Also thank you for prompt shipping!

Greenwald Surgical Incontinence Clamp
Performs as advertised and is comfortable to wear for an extended time. Design is too big and irregularly shaped to wear with anything but very loose pants.

DISAPPOINTED WITH SIZE AND QUALITY
1. THE CLAMP IS TOO SMALL & TOO WIDE. 2. IN USE BUT ONE WEEK, IT APPEARS TO BE HEADING FOR A FAILURE DUE TO FORCE NEEDED TO PULL IT PROPERLY TIGHT TO AVOID DRIPPING. THIS IS LIKELY TO LEAD TO STRAP FAILURE WITHIN ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO. I AM DISAPPOINTED.
