Step 1: 

Open the incontinence device by releasing the notched locking device; then lift up on the upper frame.

Step 2:

Place your penis between the foam pads, ensuring that the bottom of the penis positions on the lower part of the frame that has the protrusion that applies pressure to the urethra. The clamp should rest about halfway down the shaft of your penis.

Step 3:

Latch the clamp to the pressure level that is comfortabe to you.
