Lost one of my 5/8" links and have thrown out the others. I love your clamp and was wondering if I could get a replacement link or do I have to order the two clamps again?

Replacements are not available due to the nature of the product. Another order will need to be placed for the new items.

Dribblestop clamp
works well for me..Being adjustable is a plus and is comfortable to wear. i alternate weekly with the cunningham clamp..
A Return to a More Normal Lifestyle
After having a radical prostatectomy in 2012, I struggled with leakage for about five years, while spending quite a bit of money on Depends. After we moved, I started seeing a new urologist. This urologist recommended Dribblestop but I was hesitant about trying them for a few months. Because of my continued frustration, I decided that I had nothing to lose and peace of mind to gain. As a result, I purchased a pair of Dribblestops. This was a great decision! I have been using them for about 8 months and, as a result, I was able to resume my normal lifestyle.
I've had this for 5 days. You certainly need to try the different size links to get the most effective clamp to 'stop' urine flow. I certainly know it is there (some minor pain)...but installed correctly has minimized my leaking ...but not stopped it. I still wear a pad as a backup. I do not wear it at bedtime...I use a pad and incontinence underware. For me ,I need to eliminate regular coffee as this seems to go straight thru me. I was going thru a pad every 2 to 3 hours !!! Now maybe 2 a day if I don't clamp properly or drink coffee. I had my prostrate romoved 8 years ago. I even underwent surgery for an artificial spiencter, which did not work and surgery to remove it. At this point I recommend this. God Bless...MICK
It is the most difficult clamp I have used. Several others I would rate higher than this model.
Comfortable solution
I have used three different clamps previous to this one. Each of them began to pinch and was very uncomfortable after thirty to forty-five minutes. Neither of them had any foam rubber cushioning so were easier to clean. I have only used Dribble Stop for a couple of weeks but it controls the leakage without the discomfort . Seems to be the right fit for me.
Dribble Stop
Great product
Have used dribblestop for two years.. it has been the best I have found so far and I have tried several other products all using a clamping type of action. Once you get the correct link length and slot position it works well and does not hurt although there are sometimes it does. I cannot pinpoint the reason. It will not be 100 percent perfect and you should wear a pad. I have gone through a whole day using one pad.at night I do not use clamp. Other than possibly a aus or artificial sphincter it seems to be very good non surgical device.

I am still leaking a little
I did what the instructions said to do, however, I am still leaking a little. If I make it any tighter it hurts. I have even move it back a little to try to stop the leaking. I am at a loss to what to do next.
helpful hints I found for the Dribblestop
I am familiar with the Dribblestop clamp. Once you have the correct fitting you should not even feel the clamp is on. It should not hurt. If it does you are wearing it too tight. Make sure the penis is centered, adjust to a comfortable fitting and leaking should stop. Hope that helps with the fitting problem.
slips off quickly
has to be so tight to work and it hurts !
