Cidex Plus 28 Day Solution is a fast-acting 3.4% alkaline glutaraldehyde with excellent tuberculodial capabilities. Cidex pLus is used in a variety of settings including: dental, physician, and veterinarian offices as well as small hospitals. Able to treat a wide range of materials and medical instruments, Cidex Plus offers a high level of disinfection.

Independent studies indicate that neutral or alkaline glutaraldehydes like Cidex Plus provide superior microbicidal and anti-corrosion properities when compared to acid glutaraldehydes.

Using Cidex Plus 28 Day Solution

CIDEX 28-Day Solution is easily activated using the activator compound included with your quart of gallon jug. After activation, CIDEX provides high level disinfecting capabilities for up to 28 days.

In case of eye contact: Flush eye with water for 15 minutes. Keep eye wide open while rinsing to ensure that the Cidex Plus is removed. If irritation persists, consult a physician or an appropriate specialist.

If Cidex Plus is ingested: Do not induce vomiting. Call a physician or poison control center immediately. If possible, have the Cidex Plus label with you when contacting the physician or poison control center.

In case of skin contact: Rinse with skin that came in contact with the Cidex Plus with soap and copious amounts of water. Remove clothing contaminated with Cidex Plus and wash before wearing again.
