It is a wonderful thing to go all day at my office without worrying about the smell associated with diapers. This is a great device that I highly recommend.

I have been incontinent for 9 years and over that time I have tried many products. I have tried cunningham and other similar clamps and they have always caused severe pain after a few hours because of their mashing effect. I saw the J Clamp and liked its unique design, unlike all of the other foam covered close pins. I purchased one and have not looked back. I can wear the J Clamp all day without any major discomfort. For me, this is the best incontinence clamp available.

I have used virtually all clamps on the market. This one works but it is to small for me. Close it of the largest setting and while it works, it hurts like hell after about 2 hours-even after emptying it on an hourly basis. After it starts to hurt, you can use it for a couple of days. For me it is only a 2 hour clamp.

This j clamp product works as advertised. It has changed my life. I have no worries when using it.

I have tried several clamps over the past months and I like the Jclamp the best. I had an allergic reaction to the cunningham so I tried this and problem solved. It is also more comfortable.

Uncomfortable, bulky and doesn't stay in place. Is it returnable?

Wow this thing is built strong. I bet I could run over it with my car and it would be fine yet it is very light weight. I have tried the cunningham clamp and it was a plastic toy you would buy from a bubble gum machine. $50 is not much money to pay for leakage freedom, however I am on a tight budget so I need something that will work well and last a long time.... The J Clamp is it!

After receiving the insert from you and inserting it I find that there is still leagage going on.Using the insert the ball still does not effectively shut off flow of urine.I really like the designand would like it to do the job it was designed for.Maybe the ball needs to be larger,but is still a pain in the *** to put my penis thru and get it in the proper place to comfortably shut off flow.Isn't there a way to use the device,be comfortable and be effictive? For $50.00 I would think so!!

Have used for about a year. Works well enough. Burns if not removed about once an hour. I leak. This makes it better. That's about all I can ask. The Bard also works but is more uncomfortable and bulky. This unit is a good size. I wear it with a pad and don't set it to the tightest setting. I have a little stress leakage, but it is well worth the price and the effort involved to use it. I can generally get by all day with one pad and this clamp. I recommend it for those with heavy incontinence.

I was a little intimidated about trying this product at first but I am glad I did. It completely stops the leakage. Works as advertised. I highly recommend the J Clamp!

I can now walk my dog without soaking my pad...I can also play one hour of racquetball with very minimal leakage.... I can drive 200 miles; stop gas up; then go to the restroom without leakage. I highly recommend the J Clamp.

The J clamp will slip off the end of the penis, if you wear boxers, will fall down your pant leg. I have had this happen 3 to 4 times and it is very uncomfortable to cover up. I suggest not wearing boxers with the J clamp. I also have had leaks while wearing the J clamp.

Lever adjustment handle wire too stiff. Index slots are not tappered for ease of movement. Plastic frame is non linear. Frame needs to be smaller with less weight. Good concept but poorly executed.

Best clamp on the market period. I know, I have tried them all.

I have used 5 types of clamps and I rate this one worst for stopping leakage and ease of use. Have already put it away. Buy a Bard.

Over the years, I have used 5 types of penile clamps. I rate the Jackson as worst for stopping leakage, worst for ease of use and just as painful as any of the others. I recommend the BARD. Best at leakage control. Best at
ease of use. Cheapest. The Squeezer Klip is the most comfortable but is expensive and fragile. It won't last long. It will stop leakage but is prone to leakage if the position control slips which is does frequently.

This works so well I bought 2 more, one for my RV and another just in case. Its great not to have any more grungy foam to clean and disinfect and I hardly notice I have this thing on, whereas the foam clamps were kinda obvious when I was wearing shorts. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it actually is and if you line everything up correctly, you get no leaks. I'm glad I tried it.

This clamp did not work for me. It would roll off especially when sitting down.

Read and followed instructions carefully. No positioning, even at the most restrictive setting, would halt urine leakage.

Surprisingly comfortable. I expected more sensation, but I usually don't notice that it is in place and it has quickly become my most utilized device.

I'm 69+ years old and play golf everyday. I had radical prostatectomy over a year ago and my incontinence, while improved, was still an issue on the golf course. The J Clamp gave me the freedom to get rid of the pads and spend less time in the bathroom. I would recommend it to anyone who is active. I'm a bit larger than the maximun recommended size but with carefull adjustment I use the J Clamp successfully. I would hope that in a future upgrade the internal padding could go all the way to the bottom edge of the rigid frame..

I am very pleased with the Jclamp. I have not had any embarrasments since I started using it and it is pretty comfortable as well.

This is a great product. The J clamp fits comfortably and does a good job keeping the urgency to urinate for small amounts of leaking urine in control. I no longer have to be on the golf course looking for that opportunity to void because I am afraid I can't "hold it" . I have also mastered the descreatness of using a urinal in public without seeming different.

Positioning of the clamp is very critical - it is too easy to have it off to one side of the urethra. I also experienced major pain right at the site of the clamp on the 3rd and 4th day of wearing. Now I'm reluctant to wear it. 4 days for $50 is not a good deal.

This is by far the best incontinence clamp I have found. It is very comfortable and I am not leaking period. I would like to point out to others that it is important to use the restroom once an hour to relieve the pressure buildup, once I learned this I no longer leaked at all.

I can not make it work!

Love the design. The wheel should not come to a rounded edge at the bottom. It would work better if the bottom was about 1/4 in. wide and a little concaved. Now when you tighten the wheel, it either slips to one side or the other. Other than that, its comfortable and fits good. I really like it. Hope that you could at least try one the other way.

After two weeks of total incontinence after getting catheter out from prostate surgery the j clamp added a little sanity to my life. It takes a little getting use to and since I have never tried any other type of clamp to compare it to, once you get use to it you almost forget you have it on. At this point of my recovery I would be lost without it, I'm thinking of purchasing a backup in case something happens to this one.

I found it works to stop leaks, but it eventually slipped off at tennis and is uncomfortable to wear for any extended period even sitting.

Having problems learning how place the clamp with reference to foreskin.

I was pleasantly surprised that the product worked for me so perfectly and that I'm truly not even aware I'm wearing it. It is small light weight and comfortable. Its also a cinch to clean just rincing it under the faucet with not foam rubber toth get water logged like the alternatives.

I am so happy I took a chance and purchased this clamp. If I use the restroom routinely, about once evry hour and a half to release buildup, I have zero leaking problems. Believe it or not this thing is actually comfortable.

This clamp is well thought out but the adjustable bar did not give me the correct fit. Set to totally prevent leaking the clamp was uncomfortable- just too much pinching, but when changed to the next setting some minor leakage still occured. I have seen some complaints that the clamp is heavy but I did not find it to be. I think this all boils down to if one of the settings is "just right" for the particular user.

does what the literature says it does. comfortable to wear for extended periods. have tried others but this one runs circles around them all.

I found the J Clamp unusable - it was heavy, would not stay on even at the tightest setting, was painful at that level, and too awkward to manipulate.

The Jackson clamp works great. It is compact. The shape and contour make it fit perfectly.

I was at my "wits end" with my urinary incontinence!! I was so afraid, I would have an ACCIDENT while out. It happened a number of times. The medication I was prescribed had too many side effects. I could see how the clamp may work for some men,the top part feels ok but,the bottom "roller" is too sharp,digs in and hurts,if it was flat???

THe J Clamp is better than the Bard or similar devices that clamp together like a "V" shape because it is more gentle. My criticism of the J clamp is that it is a little wide and heavy. THis makes it difficult for a man with a retracting penis to wear the J clamp.

Please understand that it takes a little time at first to figure out the alignment and proper notch setting. But once you do, Wow, you barely know you have anything on and it completely stops the leakage. I am completely incontinent since my surgery and I was so tired of changing and buying diapers. I looked at many clamps and this one intrigued me the most. I sure am glad I chose it. Great Product!

The jclamp is well designed. It is very comfortable and I no longer leak.

I like the design of the product and clamp was comfortable. At the tightest setting I leaked. I think the product would work for me if the ball was larger in diameter. I would be willing to test a J clamp that had a larger diameter ball

I found the J clamp to be virtually worthless. It's comfortable alright, but even at the highest setting , it fails to cut off the flow of urine. For me at least, it simply did not work as advertised.

I hope you not to get intimidated by this. You might think it looks kind of weird at first. Even so, I want to suggest you to try it then you will understand it. At a reasonable price you can have all the comfort you need!

1. Read the directions, and try it for a couple of hours the first day and make adjustments. It took me a day or so to fit it just right. There was leakage because of improper fitting by me, After adjustment and fitting was easy and very comfortable. Now, no leaking and can't tell it's on! Thanks J-clamp!!!

When I saw this product in the website, I thought it was too big and complicated. I decided to buy it just because the small clamps did not work for me. Good thing I made the decision because everything is now great with me. No more leaks!

Since I started using this I can come and go as I please. It is easy to go to the bathroom with it on and is easy to hide. Because it is so easy to put on a remove I can be ready to go fast. No to mention it is easy to clean and weight less than 26 grams.

If I designed a penile clamp myself, this is what I would have come up with. It does not flatten your penis like som many other clamps. The Cunningham clamp deformed me and I turned purple. I highly recommend the J Clamp, it is a very well thought out design.

After trying several other incontinence clamps I have found the one that works for me. I really like the compact design and functionality of this clamp, it is the most comfortable one I have found.
