Multi Flo DVT Pump Contraindications

1. Any local condition of the extremity that would interfere with its application, including, but not limited to: Dermatitis, Immediately following vein ligature, Gangrene, Skin grafts, Casts or splints.
2. Severe arteriosclerosis or other ischemic vascular disease.
3. Pulmonary edema.
4. Congestive heart failure.
5. Suspicion or confirmation of the presence of DVT.
6. Infections of the limb, including cellulitis without appropriate. Antibiotic coverage for at least 72 hours prior to treatment.
7. Presence of lymphangiosarcoma.
8. Inflammatory phlebitis or pulmonary embolism.
