Inogen Inc. warrants that each new Inogen One Oxygen Concentrator components for the concentrator and accessories and replacement parts for the Concentrator and, together with the oxygen concentrator and components, shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service and when correctly maintained for the periods shown from the date of shipment, except as provided below:

What is the warranty on the Sequal Eclipse Oxygen Concentrator?

Except as stated below, SeQual oxygen systems are warranted by SeQual to be free from defects of workmanship and materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment by SeQual to the original purchaser, provided that it is properly operated and maintained in accordance with SeQual's operating and service instructions. The customer's exclusive remedy against SeQual for a warranty claim or otherwise shall be limited to repair or replacement (at SeQual's option) of the product or product part if it is shown to have been defective in material or workmanship, and then only if the claim is asserted during the warranty period. SeQual's maximum liability under this exclusive remed shall not exceed the cost of the subject product and SeQual reserves the right, at its sol discretion, to refund the purchase price in lieu of repair or replacement.

If a part and/or service is required, the purchaser of the product should contact SeQual at the address shown below or the nearest SeQual Warranty & Service Center. All returns to SeQual must be freight prepaid, properly packaged in a SeQual-approved shipping container and properly identified by a Returned Goods Authorization number issued by SeQual.

Maintenance items, such as filters, and normal wear and replacement of routine service parts, such as compressor piston cups and seals, are excluded from the warranty. The power cartridge is warranted on a prorate useful-life basis of three years. SeQual shall not be liable to buyer for consequential damages, or damages of any kind based upon a claim for breach of warranty other than as stated above.
