How to Determine Size?
The Premier Overnight Underwear comes in three sizes. Due to their flexibility, they are able to fit most users. Make sure you consider both weight and waist size before determining which size would be the best fit. For those on the cusp between two sizes, it is recommended to try a sample before ordering a full package.
For the medium size, measure the waist where the disposable underwear would sit. If the waist measures 34 to 44 inches and the wearer weighs between 130 and 170 pounds, select the medium size. The large size accommodates users with a 44-58 inch waist who weigh between 170 and 210 pounds. The extra-large best fits users with a waist of 58 to 68 inches who weigh between 210 to 250 pounds.

Instructions for Application, Removal, and Disposal
- After removing the underwear from the packaging, unfold it. Put the legs through the leg holes and pull up as you would any regular pair of underwear.
- Removal is even easier, eliminating the need to bend over by simply pulling the easy-tear seam. This eliminates bending and possible tripping that can happen with traditional removal.
- To dispose of the Attends Underwear, simply toss it into a garbage bin. These are NOT flushable.
