LCD Screen Toggle Buttons

The Lansinoh Signature Pro Double Electric Pump lets mom put her signature on how the pump is to perform. The easy-to-use buttons on the LCD screen personalize each session, selecting from two pump modes to stimulate breastmilk letdown, up to eight suction levels, and three pumping styles to mimic a baby's natural feeding pattern.

Assembly Instructions

Before assembling the Breastmilk Expression Set, it is recommended to sterilize all the parts, except tubing. (See cleaning instructions below.)

1. Attach the purple diaphram to the flange body with arrows pointing forward.
2. Attach the clear cover and twist until the tubing connector in the back position.
3. Insert the flange end into the diaphram.
4. Insert the white valve inside the top of the flange body.
5. Connect the collection bottle.
6. Insert the tubing into the Expression Set.
7. Secure the tubing Y Connector to the silicone tube.
8. Attach the Pump Connector to the end of the tube with Y Connector.
9. Insert Pump Connector into the pump base.

Sterilization and Regular Cleaning Instructions

Sterilize before first use. Place all parts, except pump and tubing, in a pot of boiling water. Make sure there is plenty of water so that the parts do not touch the sides and bottom of the pot. The tubing isn't sterilized since it is a closed system and therefore it does not come in contact with the breastmilk. Air dry completely before assembling the Breastmilk Expression Set for use.

After each use, disassemble the Breastmilk Expression Set and rinse immediately. Handwash the parts in warm soapy water or place them on the top shelf of the dishwasher rack. Make sure the parts are completely dry before assembling and storing. In between uses, store in a storage container or plastic bag.

How to Use the Breast Pump

1. Wash and dry hands before handling the Breastmilk Expression Set.
2. Connect the AC adapter into an available outlet or battery power. If batteries are inserted but the AC adapter is used, the pump will use the adapter and not deplete the batteries.
3. The breast flange needs to be fitted correctly so that a vacuum is formed.
4. Hold the Breastmilk Expression Set so that the nipple is aligned straight forward inside the flange toward the nipple tunnel.
5. Press the On/Off button to turn on the pump to start the breastmilk Let-Down Phase.
6. This phase lasts for two minutes and will automatically transition to the Expression Phase in Pumping Style 2.
7. Press the Pumping Style toggle button to change the pumping style if needed.
8. Next, choose the suction comfort level by using the plus and minus buttons to increase or decrease the suction.
9. When the pumping session is complete, press the on/off button.
10. Wait until the suction stops before removing the flanges from the breast. The suction can also be broken by inserting a finger between the breast and flange.
