This Extra Pumping Set exclusively works with Lansinoh electric breast pumps, including the Signature Pro Double Electric Pump and the SmartPump Double Electric Pump. The set comes 5-ounce bottles with either a Standard or Large Flange. The Extra Pumping Set with Large Flange - 30.5mm refers to the measurement that is straight across the nipple. Some confuse this with the measurement of the entire areola. The correct size will allow the nipple to move freely within the flange without touching the tunnel.
