Battery Installation

1. Remove the battery cover by inserting the fingernail into the slot of the battery cover. Then push down and pull the cover downward.
2. Insert four AAA batteries in the battery compartment.
3. Replace the battery cover.
4. A "Hello!" should appear on the display.

Arm Cuff Application

1. Apply the arm cuff to the left upper arm.
2. Securely close the cuff with the fabric fastener.

Correct Posture

1. Take BP measurements while relaxed and comfortable.
2. Sit in a comfortable chair that provides back and arm support.
3. Keep feet flat on the floor and legs uncrossed.
4. Place left arm on a table or armrest.
5. The arm cuff should be at the same level as the heart, with the arm resting comfortably.
