Battery Installation
- Remove the battery cover by inserting the fingernail into the slot of the battery cover. Then push down and pull the cover downward.
- Insert four AAA batteries in the battery compartment.
- Replace the battery cover.
- A "Hello!" should appear on the display.
Arm Cuff Application
- Apply the arm cuff to the left upper arm.
- Securely close the cuff with the fabric fastener.
Correct Posture
- Take BP measurements while relaxed and comfortable.
- Sit in a comfortable chair that provides back and arm support.
- Keep feet flat on the floor and legs uncrossed.
- Place left arm on a table or armrest.
- The arm cuff should be at the same level as the heart, with the arm resting comfortably.
