Respironics ComfortLite 2 CPAP Mask

ComfortLite 2 CPAP Mask is manufactured by Philipps Respironics, a leading manufacturer of CPAP Machines and CPAP Supplies. The ComfortLite 2 is a unique CPAP Mask which combines the freedom of a nasal pillow device with the comfort and seal of a nasal cushion. This CPAP mask is designed for patients who find traditional CPAP masks uncomfortable. The design of the ComfortLite 2 leaves no pressure points on the face of the CPAP patient. The Comfort Lite 2 Masks has three different types of cushions to accommodate the needs of individual patients. The cushion types include the Pillows Cushion - a nasal pillow design, Simple Cushion – shorter nasal cushion with a narrower edge, and a Direct Seal Cushion – a rounded design cushion sealing against the outside of each nostril. The cushion options and sizes allow CPAP patients to custom fit their mask.

The ComfortLite 2 Mask’s headgear is designed to fix the position of the mask in the most comfortable position for the CPAP Patient; thereby, providing no pressure points on the patient’s face. The headgear is highly flexible and utilizes four separate adjustments. The adjustments take place at the adjustment assembly located at the patient’s forehead. The adjustment assembly provides stability for the cushions below and the hose attachment above. All straps run above the eyes and above the ear so that no strap comes in contact with the patient’s face. The hose attaches above the head and swivels so that the hose can be positioned out of the patient’s way. This design allows CPAP patients to wear the CPAP mask without the facial pressures that many find uncomfortable. The ComfortLite 2, like all Respironics Masks in the Comfort Series, is latex free.
