Description
MedVue Analyzer Medical Weight Analysis - (Detecto MV1) Overview
The Detecto MV1 MedVue Digital Weight Indicator provides weight, height, and Body Mass Index Measurements simultaneously on an easy-to-read 3.5 x 3-inch backlit LED display screen. Digital readouts are nearly 1-inch high so they are easy to view and read. A 350-degree pivoting bracket also makes it very easy to read and record measurements from various angles. This also means it is easy to conceal protected patient data from passersby. In addition to these benefits, a fourteen-digit patient id can be used and entered into the simple, 19 key keypad for proper record keeping. This device weighs in both pounds and kilograms, has four different language setting options, and is made from durable, long-lasting, painted steel.
The Detecto medical weight analyzer is designed for both medical office and in-home use and its operation is simple and intuitive. Its basic operation is completely automatic, so there are no key sequences to memorize. The patient simply steps onto the scale and raises the height rod into position and their weight, height, and BMI are all shown on the digital screen simultaneously. It also conveniently connects to printers, personal computers, networks, tablets, bar code scanners, and mobile phones through its RS232 serial and USB ports and can store up to 200 transactions or 999 tare weights.
Detecto and Vitality Medical provide several Optional Accessories for the Detecto MedVue Digital Weight Indicator that can be purchased separately. For example, an optional Ethernet and Wi-Fi card can also be purchased for wireless connectivity and fast and efficient EMR/EHR data recording. Power supplies and mounting brackets are also available.
