The gradient sequential compression fills each chamber in sequence up the limb with each subsequent chamber at less pressure than the previous. The KCI Jobst System 7500 Intermittent Compression is compact, lightweight and portable and designed for home use. The KCI Jobst System 7500 has an inflation time of 60 seconds for each chamber and all segments deflate simultaneously in 50 seconds. The KCI Jobst System 7500 Intermittent Compression Pump can operate two garments at once but requires a separate adapter see item # NTI147520a_ea (Adapter to operate two garments at once). The KCI Jobst System 7500 Intermittent Compression Pump has a long history for treating lymphedema and for enhancing lymphatic and venous flow. The KCI Jobst System 7500 Intermittent Compression Pump comes with a choice of three garment sizes to treat a variety of vascular and lymphatic conditions. For arm length measurement: Measure axilla (arm pit) to finger tip. For leg length measurement: Measure inseam (inner thigh) to ankle. For arm circumference: Measure at axilla (arm pit). For leg circumference: Measure thigh 2" below groin. For ankle circumference: Measure 1" above talus (ankle bone). *Note when selecting sleeve length the total sleeve length should never encroach within 1 1/2 inches of your groin or underarm or circulation can be impeded.

This product is designed to aid in the reduction and control of peripheral edema, including congenital lymphedema of the lower extremities and postmastectomy lymphedema, stasis dermatitis and venous stasis ulcers.
: This product should not be used during the inflammatory phlebitis process or during episodes of pulmonary embolism, congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema, suspected deep vein thrombosis or in any instances where increased venous and lymphatic return is undesirable. Use with caution on an extremity which is not sensitive to pain.
