How Does the SoClean 2 Portable CPAP Cleaner and Sanitizer Work?

The device takes oxygen (O2) from the air and breaks the molecules apart. The free oxygen atoms then cluster together in sets of 3 forming Activated Oxygen (Ozone or O3). Your device pumps the O3 through your CPAP equipment.

The Activated Oxygen flows through your machine, the tubing, and your mask reaching every crevice. Its killing power unleashed on all the germs, bacteria, and mold, destroying 99.9% of them. Harsh chemicals and water are not required.

At the end of the cycle, the machine converts the O3 back into O2. The oxygen gets released into the air. No residue gets left on your equipment.

How to Use

1. Place your CPAP mask into the mask bag (keep it connected to its hose).
2. Cinch the bag closed using the drawstrings.
3. Push the power switch to the on position. A green light on top of your device will start to flash. (Flashes for 30 seconds.)
4. During those 30 seconds, you need to push the button that is above the device logo. The light will turn solid, and the machine will begin sanitizing. Failure to activate your device within 30 seconds requires that you start over by turning the power button off and then back on again.
5. After completing a cycle, power the unit off because it will not run another cycle until you reset it.
6. When the LED shows red, it means the batteries are low and need replacing or recharging. If it turns red during the cycle, it will finish the current run, but you need to swap out the AA batteries before using the unit again.
7. To turn off the unit at any time, switch the power button to off.
8. The SoClean 2 Go will run for 7 minutes. Leave the mask in the bag for 2 hours to get full sanitizing.

How to Setup the SoClean 2 Go CPAP Cleaner and Sanitizer

1. Pre-wash your equipment.
2. Mix 2 capfuls with a gallon of water. Wash your CPAP equipment and then rinse. Pre-wash is for hand washing your CPAP.
3. Installing the Injection Fitting
   • With humidifier:
     1. Remove the hose from your CPAP machine. Push the fitting onto the port of your reservoir with the smaller air hose extending into the tank. The end should be near or on the bottom of the tank.
     2. Keep the hose below the water level if you store water in the tank.
     3. Place your CPAP hose onto the injection fitting.
   • Without humidifier:
     1. Remove the little black hose from the injection setting by pulling it off.
     2. Put the fitting onto your CPAP machine. Push the CPAP hose onto the fitting.

   

4. Installing Batteries
   1. Remove the battery cover - push the finger tab and then lift the lid.
   2. Position the unit so that it is right-side-up and allow the battery pack to fall. A cable connects the battery pack to the machine.
   3. If you want, you can unhook the battery pack or leave it tethered.
   4. Insert 8 AA batteries according to the diagram.
   5. Push the battery pack into place with the wire positioned correctly. Snap the cover into place.
   6. Do not mix old and new batteries.
