DJ Orthopedics ProCare Post Op Shoe provides a comfortable and protective cover after an operation or other foot trauma. The cast sandal provides support to the foot, while still being roomy and spacious enough for any dressings that may also be needed. This is possible with the hook and loop closure that is adjustable according to the needs of the user. The shoe is rigid along the bottom with a square toe. The square toe allows it to act as a bumper of sorts to protect the foot and toes from accidental collisions with objects that would prolong healing.
DJO Procare Squared Toe Post Op Shoe is able to fit either the right or left foot as needed and is designed to be used for both men and women. Correlating shoe sizes are shown next to the "Add to Cart" button to ensure the correct size is selected. The rocker sole allows users to maintain a normal gait while wearing the shoe and the height around the ankle provides additional support to reduce the risk of further injury. As an alternative option, the ProCare Cast Shoe also by DJO does not have the ankle support and has a rounded toe, but might be a preferred alternative as it is latex-free.
