Description

The MicroKlenz Antimicrobial First Aid Antiseptic helps prevent the bacterial contamination in wounds, such as scrapes, burns, and minor cuts. The MicroKlenz Spray Antimicrobial Wound Cleanser (MedLine CRR108008) helps reduce the risk of infection and has a non-irritating formula.

The MedLine MicroKlenz Wound Cleanser Spray is no-rinse, which provides patients comfort and allows for caregivers to simply spray on the wound with ease. The MicroKlenz 8 oz. Wound Cleanser is easy to apply and helps speed the wound healing process.

MedLine MicroKlenz 8 oz. Wound Cleanser Intended Uses

This spray is formulated with Benzethonium Chloride (0.1%) and is intended to be used on minor wounds, such as scrapes, small cuts, and burns. It is intended to be used as a first-aid antiseptic and can help manage dermal wounds. This spray has a no-rinse and non-irritating formula that helps the wound healing process. It has a light spray that can be used directly on the wound or added to a light cotton compress and dabbed upon the affected area.

Directions for Using MicroKlenz Spray Wound Cleanser

Spray cleansers can be used directly on the wound or applied to gauze dressing. When using a spray cleanser, you'll want to make sure to use personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gowns, masks, and eye shields. This will help reduce the risk of exposure of airborne microorganisms and debris.

Compatible Products with MicroKlenz Spray

As a complement to the wound cleanser, consider MedLine's Micro-Kill + Wipes, which are EPA-registered to disinfect nonporous surfaces. The heavy-duty cloth material is pre-saturated with a unique formula of Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride and Isopropyl Alcohol to help eliminate bacteria from hard surfaces. These wipes not only keep surfaces clean but can also be used to sanitize medical instruments and tools, which helps protect patients and healthcare providers. The alcohol content within the wipes provides a fast-drying formula that effectively kills bacteria. Other products to consider include the following:

Active and Inactive Ingredients

  • Active - Benzethonium Chloride 0.1%
