The TheraBand Comfort Fit Ankle and Wrist Weight Set offers three levels of weights that will work well for any number of exercises. Having the bands on the wrists or ankles will strengthen the muscles, help improve your flexibility and help you stabilize your core. Weighing up to five combined pounds, these exercise bands use a tight Velcro seal and remain on the body as you're moving. The strap also has a reflective trim to make easier for others to see you when you're outdoors. The outside fabric is made with neoprene material and the inside is created with terry cloth to maximize moisture absorption and comfort. The ankle and wrist bands come in three colors: red, blue and green, each having a different weight.
