BSN Medical 7238200 Leukomed T Plus 2 x 3 Inch Post Op bandages are the ideal wound dressing for after many types of surgery or for protecting cuts and grazes. The absorbent fleece makes it an excellent bandage for dressing wounds or sutured areas that are still fresh. The polyacrylate adhesive is resilient and clings securely to the skin, but is still gentle on the skin and easy to remove. The pads are sterile and packaged individually to help reduce the risk of spreading infection. The polyurethane film is designed to be waterproof and to act as a barrier against bacteria, which further aids in the prevention of infection.

Applying a Leukomed T Plus bandage is very simply using the clearly marked red handling tape. Simply remove the release paper, hold on to the red handling section, and place the bandage against the skin, and gently press it onto the skin to ensure that a seal is formed. Then pull on the red handling tape to remove the application film.

While Leukomed T Plus is very absorbent, it also has a special polypropylene coating on the fleece pad in order to help prevent it from clinging or sticking to wounds or incisions.
