They deliver management of chronic leg wounds in a comfortable stocking. These replacement liners serve three main functions. The first is to care for wounds. They can help hold wound dressings in place. And they can provide beneficial compression for the healing process. Ulcer care is the second application. Leg ulcers are a chronic sore that reside deep inside the leg. These ulcers can be very painful or can cause swelling. These liners help prevent the development of leg ulcers through an increase of blood flow in the legs. And better circulation prevents leg ulcers.
