Aspen Summit 631 Back Brace Overview
The Aspen Summit 631 LSO Lumbar Sacral Orthosis is fully adjustable to create a custom fit for each patient using a single brace. The Summit LSO line stabilizes the lumbar and sacral region while limiting the patient's range of motion with some other key benefits. The LSO naturally contours in the back to work with the anatomy and it can be manipulated to meet the needs of the patient's condition. The Summit line creates a truly unique fitting by modifying the structural components, including molding, bending and trimming the inserts. Instructions on how to do this are found in the instructional video below. As a one-size adjustable brace, the Summit 631 Back Brace will fit waist sizes from 26-60 inches and up to 70 inches with the purchase of an extension panel. The waist size is secured attaching the male faster with the Sure Slot System.
Aspen 631 Back Brace with Advanced Targeted SlickTrack Compression entails separate upper and lower tightening mechanisms so that the patient is in full control of where compression is placed. This enhances oxygenation to this area which means it has improved blood flow for nutrients to be deposited and inflammation to be removed for faster healing. Another standout feature is the FlexTabs disperse pressure to create a comfortable user experience so the patient will comply with wearing the brace. In addition, Tri-band technology will ensure the brace remains structurally sound to hold up to prescribed use.

Summit 631 Instructions
Application
The Sure Slot system has male tabs that are fitted into adjustment holes. When at the desired size the lock tabs will confidently keep the brace in position. Then center the back panel and make sure it is in the lowest position. Overlap the side tabs at the front and the hook material will attach to the opposite side loop. To tighten and add compression, place the thumbs in both the right and left pull tab for upper or lower compression and pull away from the body to tighten.
Washing
Hand wash only using mild soap and water; avoid any harsh chemicals or bleach. Rinse the brace thoroughly and pat dry to remove excess moisture before hanging up to air dry. Do not place in a dryer.
