Aspen Medical Therapy Pack

The Aspen Therapy Pack is designed to cover the lower back for the patient to add either hot or cold therapy when nursing an injured back. This therapy also complements the full line of Aspen back braces to support back post-surgery. Simply insert the therapy pack before applying the back brace, such as the Summit LSO or use it without the brace when lying down. The heat therapy relieves pain and reduces inflammation while in recovery.

The Aspen Therapy Hot or Cold Gel Pack is easy to use. It can be chilled in the freezer or placed in the microwave for 10 seconds to heat. The pack has sewn-in hook and loop tabs to secure the gel pack into the cover so it provides a soft barrier during therapy.

Gel Pack Instructions

Place the gel pack in the freezer for a minimum of two hours for cold therapy. To heat, place in microwave for 10 seconds. Remove and test heat level and if additional heat is desired, heat in the microwave in five-second increments. Insert into the pack and secure with hook and loop tabs.
