Its compact size and forceps-style design affords this skin stapler more versitility and precision, even in less accessible areas of the body. The preview staple position provides superior visibility of staple placement for best accuracy. The 3M Precise Multi-Shot Disposable Skin Stapler dispenses box-style staples which gather the skin in a style similar to that of a suture, to reduce the risk of burying, and to leave space between the skin and staple for appropriate edema to occur. The staples' curved-leg design also allows for easy removal with any staple remover. The Precise Multi-Shot's automatic staple release feature eliminates staple hang-ups. The 3M Precise Skin Stapler is available for purchase in 5 shot (3M DS-5) or 15 shot (3M DS-15) fully disposable devices.
