My husband wears a S/M in Depends, but the small of this product would only fit a child. The medium fits better, altho still a little skimpy around. But the absorbency is far superior to the other product we've tried.

i like to wear these diapers,Lots of times while wearing diapers i might get excited while wearing them and would end up popping thru them but with these diapers they are quite sturdy and when i get excited in them it is very hard to pop thru them while i am excited

it keeps the individual dry and nonirritable to the skin; very good product.

These work as great diapers for our daughter with special needs. She is only 7, but we find the adult smalls to be a good size. (We are not really concerned with bulkiness, since she can't crawl or roll over or move around much, much less walk upright.)
