Viverity Double Electric Breast Pump Overview
Viverity Tru Comfort Double Electric Breast Pump induces breastmilk production in a mother so she can feed her baby and store milk for later. Designed for multiple daily pumping sessions, the Tru Comfort Breast Pump has four preset suction speeds and seven suction strength levels per preset speed. After a session, mothers can store their milk or use the included collection bottles to feed their baby (after converting the bottles into feeding bottles). Indications
The Roscoe Medical Electric Breast Pump is indicated for the use of a single person to express milk from lactating breasts. The device is not intended for hospital use.
How to Assemble
To assemble the Expression Collection Kit, put the one-way valve into the flange (breast shield body), placing the circular bottom of the valve first. Make sure the edges of the flange are sealed by shaping it into a straight line. Twist the flange onto the bottle adapter and then the collection bottle until it is secure. Repeat these steps for the second collection bottle if conducting a dual pumping session.
To assemble the Electric Pump, place the diaphragm into the cup with O-ring and press them together. Place the cap over the combined diaphragm and cup and press until they are secured together. Place the diaphragm combination onto the breast shield body opening with the ringside facing down. Twist the diaphragm clockwise onto the shield until it locks. Connect the tube to the tubing connector on the cap. Connect another tube to the other collection bottle, along with repeating the previous steps.
Place the cushions onto the breast shields. Connect the other side of the tubes (the sides with the adapters) into the main electric pump unit. Once the entire kit is put together, plug the AC/DC adapter into the wall and into the main unit or put in four AA alkaline batteries (not included).
How to Use TrúComfort Purple Breast Pump
After assembling the pump, hold the expression collection kit to the breast. The nipples should be centered in the breast shield. Turn on the pump. Start on the lowest setting (T4) to encourage letdown. Then slowly adjust the setting to a higher speed to encourage expression. The vacuum power can also be adjusted from one to seven, with seven being the highest power. After the session is complete, turn off the pump, although the pump will turn off by itself after 30 minutes.
How to Clean
Boil all the parts of the Expression Collection Combo Kit in water for 10 minutes, except for the tubing or tubing adapter. Let each part air dry, or dry the parts off with a towel. If any liquid is found inside the tubing, rinse it with hot water and allow to air dry. The outside of the tubing can be washed with a damp cloth.
