Theraworx Relief Spray for Muscle Cramp and Spasm Relief relaxes sore muscles and reduces the risk of cramps and spasms. Application Instructions

The spray can be used multiple times throughout the day in order to be used for prevention. For each application, spray 6-8 times on the targeted muscle area. Be sure to spread it across the entire muscle, not just the afflicted area. Lightly massage the liquid into the muscles and let it dry. Repeat this process once more for best results. Wait for it to fully dry before attempting to put on clothing or use other lotions or creams. Many users also recommended doing light stretches after application to ease any existing muscle tension.

Theraworx Relief comes in both a spray and as the Theraworx Relief Foam Bottle. The only difference is in the application quantity. When applying the foam, the user applies 4 pumps of foam, and while using the spray, the user will apply 12-16 sprays. Whichever option is selected, make sure the formula is thoroughly and consistently applied for best results.

Theraworx Relief Formula has two different variations that have different ingredients and functions.
