Did not work for me
The gel grip pads sounded like just what I needed to make my hands more comfortable on my forearm crutches. BUT, the size of the gel grips is so small "around" that we can't get them onto the crutch hand grips. I have 2 different brands (& types) of forearm crutches, and the gel pads won't go on either of them. My husband is quite strong, and he struggled for a long time trying to get the gel grip over the ends of the hand grips abd could not do it. I have had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands in the past, so really need something to help cushion the scar tissue on my hands from the crutch hand grips. I had hoped that these gel pads would be the answer. Wish that there had been gel grips in various sizes to fit the forearm crutches that might have a bit larger hand grip.
The gel grips themselves are well made and would be wonderful if they would fit the grips on my crutches.
