Model 78668 requires a tub clearance of 37.5 inches in length. Measure the bathtub's height and length as well as the distance outside the tub to ensure the outer legs have clearance.

What should I do if the swivel seat does not lock?
Check the swivel-lock lever. The swivel seat will not lock if the swivel-lock lever is pressed down.

Can I switch which direction the bench is facing?
The sliding transfer benches can face either direction. The aluminum side panel with the handlebar is the side that goes into the tub; it can be installed on either the left or the right side, depending on which way the bench will face. 

How do I clean the sliding bench?
Wipe down after each use. Clean as needed with a soft cloth, warm water, and a nonchlorine bleach mild soap. Rinse and wipe down to dry.

Is this product returnable?
If the package has been opened, it is nonreturnable because it is a hygiene product.
