Assembly

Unfold the Stamina 150125 Folding Cycle from the main frame (1) and lock it with the locking knob (20). Bolt the T knob (14) into the main frame (1). Slide the timer (22) onto the plate on the main frame (1).

How to Use

Place onto the floor or on a table. Put the hands or feet onto the pedals, and keep track of the workout with the screen. Increase the tension by turning the T knob clockwise, or decrease the tension by turning the knob counterclockwise.
