Rugby Sodium Chloride 5% is a sterile ophthalmic solution and hypertonicity agent for the temporary relief of corneal edema. This product is intended for corneal-edema relief and should not be used as a general-purpose dry-eye lubricant, eyewash, contact-lens solution, or treatment for unrelated eye irritation.
Instill one or two drops into the affected eye or eyes every three or four hours, or as directed by a physician. Avoid touching the tip of the container to any surface to help reduce the risk of contamination.
