• Remove the water tank and open the lip to fill it with distilled water, filtered water, or previously boiled water.
• Place it back in its position.
• Make sure water temperature is room temperature or lukewarm, between 92 degrees and 101 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Add one teaspoon (5 grams) or one pre-measured packet of SinuAir saline powder for every 16 ounces of water.
• For best results, mix the solution first, then pour it into the tank.
