This barrier uses a two-piece click coupling that lets the pouch attach with an audible coupling click. This confirms the barrier connection without pulling on the skin.

The curved star-shaped barrier conforms to outward body profiles. The petals can hug bulges, hernias, and curves while continuing to lie flat on the skin. The Sensura Mio Click Convex Flip Barrier has built-in stability ring support to help center the opening and guide finger pressure during application. The elastic adhesive flexes with body movement to maintain ostomy skin protection and aid in leakage reduction.
