Directions
Foot
- Use a 12-inch piece of net.
- Slide the net onto the toes and twist twice.
- Cut threads around the heel.
Knee, Elbow, Forearm
- Begin with a 12-inch piece of net.
- Insert the hands into the stretch tube and spread over the elbow.
- Place both hands into the tube and stretch over the knee.
Hand
- Start with a 12-inch piece of net.
- Slide the mesh over the hand with three inches of slack.
- Cut two to three threads at the tip of the fingers.
- Slide the netting up the forearm and tuck it under themselves.
Head
- Begin with a 10- or 12-inch piece of net.
- Slide the netting over the head and position it under the chin.
- Completed dressing.
Hip or Thigh
- Start with a 24-inch piece of net.
- Insert the hands into the tube and stretch to create a waistband.
- Place the leg into the tube.
- Pull the waistband open and push it over the leg.
- Pull the net up to the waist.
Shoulder
- Use a 24-inch piece of net.
- Slip the net onto the arm.
- Slide the loop over the head.
Axilla or Breast
- Start with a 24-inch piece of net.
- Move the net over the arm toward the shoulder and then over the head.
- Pull the Stretch Net over the opposite arm and shoulder.
Chest
- Begin with a 24-inch piece of net.
- Put the bet over the head and pull down.
- Expand and pull the net over the shoulder.
- Slide the arms through the holes.
