Posey Hipsters Briefs have specially designed foam pads in the hip areas that protect the wearer in the event of a fall. The pads in these Safety Briefs are made from high impact-absorbing foam that is soft and comfortable. They have a low profile for an extra discreet look.

Fall Protection safety briefs are available with sewn-in pads or with removable pads, making them easy to replace without having to replace the entire brief. Both brief styles can be washed in washing machines, and for briefs with removable pads, the pads can be removed and washed separately.

Sizes are available in Small through 2X-Large.
