PleurX 1000 mL Vacuum Bottle and Drainage Line

The 1000 mL Vacuum Bottle and Drainage Line is a sterile, single-use drainage accessory intended for use with the PleurX™ Pleural Catheter System. This pre-evacuated vacuum bottle enables controlled, intermittent drainage of symptomatic, recurrent pleural effusions—including malignant effusions—and other fluid accumulations that do not respond to medical management.

By providing a closed vacuum drainage system, this product supports home-based fluid management and reduces the need for repeated invasive procedures (e.g., thoracentesis or paracentesis), offering patients a more convenient, hygienic, and patient-managed solution.
