With 16 built-in settings, it fits a broad range of adult neck sizes so crews can size and apply a single collar quickly at the scene, in the ambulance, or in the trauma bay. A preformed chin support and neutral alignment design help maintain consistent positioning while the patient is moved.
The collar folds flat in kits for compact storage, then locks into place when deployed. A tracheostomy access window keeps the anterior neck visible for airway assessment and care. The radiolucent construction allows X-ray, CT, and MRI imaging without removing the device, which helps maintain spinal precautions during diagnostics.
