This gel releases mineral oil to the skin to reduce the possibility of skin breakdown. The gel also provides a cushion to protect the amputation from pressure that can cause shearing and discomfort. The stump sock is smooth inside, making it easy to pull on and off, increasing comfort. The material is breathable to further provide comfort to the user during all-day wear.
Silipos Protective Foot Sock is reusable, just like a regular sock. It is fully washable to maintain hygiene after use. Be sure to check the washing instructions to ensure the longevity of the stump sock. It contains no latex material to reduce the risk of adverse effects on the foot. To further reduce the risk of allergies, the sock is made of hypoallergenic materials for worry-free wear every time.
