The lumbar pad is ventilated and covered in a mesh wrap for breathability, while the elastic abdominal panels allow adjustable abdominal compression.

This male back belt comes in four sizes, and the correct size is necessary for comfortable compression and positioning. For proper positioning, the belt should sit snugly and low over the hips, with the top edge at or just below the navel. The belt uses hook-and-loop closures to allow for individual adjustments.
