Can the Phoenix be used as a transport chair or wheelchair?
No. It is not designed for this purpose and may cause injury due to the amount of leg clearance in the seated position.  

Are tools required to make the height adjustments?
No. Knobs and push buttons allow for easy adjustments without tools.

Can the brake tension be adjusted?
Yes. The brakes are preset from the factory. The brakes may be tightened or loosened by turning the tension screw locking nut against the housing and the rear wheels.
