Mepilex 294199 Absorbent Foam Dressing with Safetac Technology is 4 x 4 inches and is available as a single dressing, box of 5 or case of 70. Since it does not have a border to secure to skin, you can also apply Tubifast 2-Way Strech Tubular Bandage to keep the dressing in place.
